This place has a friendly and helpful staff. They carry a diverse and high quality selection of building materials and home goods. Return policy is great and simple. The yard is very nice and organized. Usually fast and easy to get in and out. I've been here more than a dozen times and never had a bad time. Overall, a much more pleasant experience than Home Depot.
Not a very good neighbor and their prices are 30% more than home depot for same product
After repeated attempts to get reasonable customer service and basic respect as a long term customer and contractor, I have given up. "Almost a lumber yard" has become my second worst experience as a carpenter. The owners expect you to be dishonest and treat you as such. The floor help has no understanding of product. They couldn't care less about product or customer service. The yard help is good, though.
